All return/exchange shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We provide you the prepaid label and the amount of the label will be deducted from your store credit.

Returns/exchanges must be made within 10 business days of delivery date. Policy Is Strictly Enforced.
Send your bikini back for a store credit within 10 business days from delivery date.
Please try bikini bottoms on over your underwear for sanitary purposes.

 Qualifications:

    •             Bikinis must not have been worn, washed, or altered.
    •            No visible signs of use including deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume,   scents, hygienic stains, etc.
    •            All tags must be intact and the bikinis returned in their original packaging.
    •            The hygienic liner must not have been removed or reattached. NO EXCEPTIONS.


International Returns:


We do accept returns for international purchases on almost all products if the item(s) are unworn, undamaged, and within the 10 business day window of delivery for returns. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for international returns and exchanges. Once inspected, we will process the store credit via email. Please make sure your item is not marked "final sale". See complete description of final sale items. If you are unsure, please reach out to customer service.
Customers are responsible for all customs charges that may arise after it enters the receiving country. This includes any additional duties/taxes on the order.


Final Sale Items:


"Final Sale" items are not refundable. If an exchange for store credit is possible, customers are responsible for shipping costs. "Final Sale" items are any items designated by a final sale tag, or any items purchased during special sales events.

Product Packaging:

If your return item does not contain all of the original packaging it was sent with (Bcheebum product bag, Bcheebum tag, Bcheebum hygienic liner), the item will either be rejected entirely or be subject to a 20% restocking fee which we will deduct from your store credit. NO EXCEPTIONS.

If Your Order Contains Damaged Pieces:

If any product in your order has arrived damaged in any way, please contact us immediately at info@pcheebum.com in order to rectify the situation within 3 days of marked delivery. If a return is received with a piece that seems used, worn, or damaged and there was no previous communication that it arrived in anything but perfect condition, we will not be able to process a credit for the product. The customer would responsible for a shipping label for us to send back the piece.



*If we receive a suit that has been worn, not taken care of, or not in its original condition, we will send the suit back to you without exchange or refund, and we have the right to ban you from future purchases from our store.

The following items are not covered under our warranty of damages:

- General wear and tear
- Discoloration of fabrics and hardware due to continuous salted water and/or chlorine exposure. This is natural however with proper care, the longevity of your Bcheebum is increased. Although MOST of our swimwear is swim friendly, there is no way in knowing how your Bcheebum was cared for, so once worn we cannot accept exchanges or refunds of damaged items. Water use is at your own discretion.


Step 1  Submit your return request to us through our returns portal. Make sure to click the correct reason as to why you want to return the item. 


Step 2  We will confirm return via automated email and a prepaid label will be provided so you can ship your return back to BCHEE BUM.


Step 3  Your return will be processed within 5-7 business days of being delivered.

*A decision to refuse a return that is not compliant with BCHEE BUM return policy is final and cannot be refuted.
