Shipping Policy

  • Free Standard Shipping: On all orders over $95 USD (Domestic US only).
  • Free Priority Shipping: On all orders over $155 USD (Domestic US only).
  • Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days, $7.99.
  • Priority Shipping : 3-4 business days, $12.99.
  • Priority Shipping with Expedited Processing: 1-3 business days, $15.99
  • Tracking: A tracking email will be sent once an order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
  • Holidays: Shipping times may be delayed during holidays.

International Orders

  • Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight.
  • Customs taxes and fees are the customer’s responsibility.
  • International orders are not eligible for free shipping.

Incorrect Address and Returned Packages

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee: $7.99 for standard shipping or $12.99 for expedited shipping.
  • If the address is correct and the package is returned, no reshipping fee will be charged.
  • The customer will be contacted as soon as the package arrives at the warehouse to arrange for reshipping.
