Return and Exchange Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging. All returns must be initiated through our Returns Center.

U.S. Returns

  • Customers with Protect+ receive free returns and exchanges.

  • Customers without Protect+ are responsible for the return shipping fee.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Store credit includes a 10% bonus.


International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns are eligible for a refund or store credit and must be sent to:

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Report any damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items within 10 days of delivery.


Return Requirements

Returned items must be in their original Pchee baggy free of wear, washing, alterations, stains, odors, damage, or missing components. All returns that do not meet our requirements will be rejected and either shipped back to the customer or discarded. Undergarments, final sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.


Package Protection

If Package Protection is purchased, lost, stolen, or damaged packages are eligible for a replacement or store credit. Claims are processed after 10 days from the last tracking update, and packages may arrive after being marked as delivered.

Without Package Protection, claims must go through the carrier. If tracking or delivery evidence confirms delivery to the correct address, replacements or store credit will not be issued.


Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection. If you have not received your refund 15 business days after approval, contact info@pcheebum.com.

*Please note that lost or missing packages are only eligible for reshipment. We do not issue monetary refunds for missing shipments.


Reserved Rights

We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns for suspected fraud, excessive returns, or policy abuse. Non-Pcheebum items sent to our facility will be discarded.
